Add your link inside each video.
Insert your links in the description box.
Embed your videos on all your posts..

There are other video networking sites that will allow you to upload your own videos and give you a link so you can embed those videos howevere, YouTube is simply the largest of them all as it is owned by Google.

You can try different Video Networks but always start with YouTube first until you understand all the tips and tricks.
